JavaScript Required

JavaScript is required to make the pages at CardBenefit.com function properly. This web browser either does not support JavaScript, or has JavaScript disabled.

To enable the JavaScript, see your browser's online help or refer to the following instructions.

On Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. Go to "Internet Options..." submenu from either "Tools" or "View" menu
2. Change to the "Security" tab
3. Select "Custom" or "Custom Level..."
4. Scroll down to select "Enable" under "Active scripting"

On Firefox:

1. On the Firefox Tools menu, click "Options"
2. Click "Web Features" in the "Options" list
3. Under the "Web Features" section, check the box next to "Enable JavaScript"
4. Click "OK"

On Netscape Communicator:

1. Go to "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu
2. Select "Advanced" panel
3. Make sure "Enable JavaScript" checkbox is checked
